Booking Policy
To confirm a booking, guests are required to pay a 20% deposit of the total reservation amount via bank transfer, following direct communication with the host. If the deposit is not received within 7 days from the date of agreement, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The remaining balance is payable as agreed with the host.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
Check-in starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Occupancy Policy
The property is ideal for up to 2 adults. For families traveling with a young child, a baby cot can be provided upon request. Please contact the host in advance to ensure a comfortable stay.
Damages and Liability
Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to the property, its furnishings, or equipment during their stay, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Greek civil law. The host reserves the right to charge the cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning resulting from damage, misuse, or negligence.
Smoking and Pet Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pets are not allowed.
Noise and Disturbance Policy
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of neighbors at all times. Loud music, parties, or any disturbing behavior are not allowed. Guests must also observe the legally established quiet hours in Greece:
Summer (1 April – 30 September): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00
Winter (1 October – 31 March): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be requested prior to arrival or at check-in, to cover any potential damages or breaches of the house rules.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece.
By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions, along with any additional house rules provided by the host. The host reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
